Our four weeks of camp are almost here. Here is the status for each week.
July 5 – 10 3rd & 4th Grade Week – Registration is closed. We are thankful that we have enough counselors. Please be praying for the camp as it starts NEXT WEEK!
July 12 – 17 5th & 6th Grade Week – Registration is closed as we have reach capacity with the number of counselors that are scheduled to help us. Again, please be praying for campers and staff as the week approaches.
July 19 – 24 7th & 8th Grade Week – Registration is open but we need 2 girl and 1 boy counselor to meet the anticipated numbers. Please pray that the Lord will provide the necessary help.
July 26 – 31 High School Week – Registration is open but we need 2 girl counselors. Please pray that the Lord will provide the necessary help.
As always, we covet your prayer for camp and ask that the Lord will work both to provide help and to prepare hearts.
As we have shared previously, we are in a position of needing to close registration for several weeks of camp if we are not able to fill more counselor positions. Here are the needs for each week.
3rd & 4th Grade Week – July 5 to 10 2 girl and 1 boy counselor
5th & 6th Grade Week – July 12 to 17 2 girl and 1 boy counselor
7th & 8th Grade Week – July 19 to 24 2 girl counselors
High School Week – July 26 to 31 At least 2 girl counselors
Camp is responsible to run background checks on each counselor which, obviously, takes time.
Please be in prayer and share this with anyone who may be able to help. We know the Lord can work through His people and provide.
On behalf of the Board of Twin Peaks Bible Camp it saddens me to inform you that we have made the decision to cancel our youth summer camps for 2020. Based upon the Governors orders and directives from the Colorado Department of Public and Environment, we have come to this difficult decision.
We invite you to visit our website at www.twinpeaksbiblecamp.org, follow and like our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages and check out our new YouTube Channel for news from camp. You can keep up to date on the progress on raising the funds for full-time electricity, current and upcoming projects, as well as animals that visit the camp, weather conditions and the changing seasons. You will also want to stay alert for special activities, some things you can do to bring camp to your home.
We are praying for you and your family through this time. Contact us with any prayer requests that you have by emailing us at info@tpbc-co.org, call the office, or write us a letter. We would love to hear from you.
