As most of you know, 2023 has been a year of change for Twin Peaks Bible Camp. After more than 25 years of faithful and sacrificial service leading camp, Aaron and Karin Thomas made the decision to resign. As a board, we will always be grateful for their years of service and their ministry in the lives of so many who came into contact with camp.
Ryan and Robin Stepanek agreed to step into an interim leadership role over the summer and fall, guiding our summer camps and early fall retreats. During this time the board has been seeking the Lord’s guidance through prayer and counsel concerning the leadership of camp moving forward. We are pleased to announce that, at the board’s request and approval, Ryan and Robin have accepted the role of Director or Twin Peaks Bible Camp.
This is most certainly a time of challenge and opportunity for everyone involved with camp and we would covet your prayers. Please pray for strength and wisdom for Ryan and Robin as they begin this new role and that the board would lead with God’s clarity. We have goals of bringing full-time electric power into camp, building a new chapel, and work on other buildings around the property. Please pray that the Lord will provide in these areas as well.
We also want to thank each of you for being a part of Twin Peaks Bible Camp. We are so grateful as you send, attend, give, and serve. Camp would not exist without your service, so again, thank you.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if we can help in any way or if you have comments, questions, or concerns.
Sincerely,
The Board of Twin Peaks Bible Camp
